Starting Again

I am new here. Corona lock down has not been kind to me. I had already put on all the weight I had lost 12 months ago. Lock down did something to my brain which made it ok to stuff my face and drink too much wine. I am now heavier than I have ever been and it is seriously affecting my self-confidence. I am back on WW and have just started week 2 of C25K.

Good for you. Well done. Just keep the running slow and steady and you’ll make it to the end. I managed it so I’m sure you will.

I lost the plot with food and drink at the beginning of lockdown and thought I cannot buy new trousers (again) when I eventually go back to the office.

I have found the C25K has helped keep me focus on my goal for a trimmer, fitter me. You CAN do this 👊 you just have to make the changes. Good luck ☘️💪
