I am a new 'Graduate' and have continued with the programme for a couple of weeks. For the past ten days I have been on vacation and have not been able to get the runs in that I had hoped to do. When I return home I am wondering whether I will be able to complete the 30 minute session or should I reduce the length of time I run and work up again to the times I was achieving before. I will add I have not been particularly active whilst on holiday and I am looking forward to returning home today and getting my trainers on once more.

Only you will know when you try. Set out for 30 minutes and if you don't make it, you will know where you are.
I would be willing to pay money on it being really hard, but doable. You only begin to lose condition after a fortnight or more.
Hi, well done for graduating...you're a real runner!
When I got back from a two week holiday recently I wasn't feeling 100% due to a dodgy stomach on the last day so rather than destroy my confidence I planned a 20 min run. That went OK so next run was 30mins using the W9 podcast with Laura and since then back to normal. Just a suggestion.
I'm sure you'll be fine, we don't lose our fitness that quickly.
Good luck and happy running!
As IannodaTruffe says set out for 30 mins and see how you go. Expect it to be a challenging one, nevertheless.
If you need to put the brakes on beforehand then at least you'll know where your limits are, rather than setting the bar low 'just-in-case' and later on thinking you should have done more.
Go and see... slow, steady, and enjoy... if you take it gently then you should be fine...start to shake off the holiday hedonism
