Wow never thought I would achieve that, me a runner. I think that was my best run, really enjoyed it, I slowed my pace down and I found it a lot easier. Looking forward to getting out again later in the week.
I’ve been going out every other day for 8 weeks and found the C25K programme so encouraging, I know that I would have not achieved this massive goal without it.
To all of you who have just started don’t give up, dip into this forum for encouragement whenever you start doubting yourself, we are all here for each other. All you need is to want to do it and you can do it, also good footwear and ladies make sure you have a good sports bra.
