Amazing! Well done for not giving up, you'll thank yourself later for doing that later in the programme. Onwards and upwards, things to get easier I promise! :)

Well done you ! I know how you feel ... each week can seem daunting as you approach increased runs ... this program is so well structured and paced right.

I didn’t think I’d be at W5 right now as had a few wobbles and have traditionally started fitness with good intentions (as a few gyms will attest after securing my 12 month membership and only seeing my half a dozen times) ... but this program, the support from fellow C25K followers will see you through the good and the wobble times.

Well done again

Well done, I did my first run of week 2 today too, found it tough, but we did it, well done to us.

Very well done you...just relax, take it slow and steady...if you feel you are struggling at all then slow down more... and believe me, there is always slower:)

Well done! You didn’t give up, though - you kept going! Just keep a slow and steady pace and follow the program. It works!

Well done. I also did my first run of week 2 yesterday and it was a bit of a step up.

Well done so far. Sounds like you need to slow down, have a read through some of the comments and guidance, especially Japanese slow walking it makes so much sense. It’s not about the distance but length of time running, the distance will follow.
