Hey hey hey 20mins non stop. I think I should get proper trainers πŸ˜†. Read all the advice (not going to shops cos partner vulnerable) so its online for me after taking my foot print of course. Any advice welcome. Thanks to all for the encouragement and support that got me this far. πŸ‘πŸ’ͺπŸ˜€

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, you deserve to buy a pair of new running shoes for completing that run. πŸƒπŸΎ πŸ‘

Well done! I got them on W5R2 so never too early to get the correct running shoes :)

Buy a size bigger than your normal shoes. The sale section of sportsshoes.com has some great bargains and their customer service is excellent. πŸ‘

You definitely deserve new trainers. I was going to wait until shops opened...but took an injury on W8R2 ....it took near 4 weeks to recover, and I started back in New trainers (broke these in during recovery time) ....turns out I needed a half size bigger. I put my old trainers on to cut the grass this week, and ouch...they are too small! So yay, go get yourself something new online ...and follow their sizing guides. (Adidas worked well for me)
