Trying to write this with 4 grandkids, six and under all wanting me to do something!! Snuck out this morning, much cooler here only about 13! Running around the suburb of Ashfield! My MP3 player was flat so had my phone stuffed in my pocket, couldn't go without music!
No problems until 20 minutes in when I tripped on very uneven pavement and fell in a heap! Totally undignified! Furious with my self but got up and continued. Did an extra minute to make up for the 15 second break!
So happy got through the whole program! Thanks to this wonderful forum and the fabulous support!
Off to the park to play on bikes and scooters now!

Good luck! You'll get it done! I wish I was in London for the last one - mine will either be at Delhi Airport or on the beach on Wednesday! Bragging rights here we come
Well done! We all did it!! I too love the early morning runs before work, kids and other responsibilities come and grab our attention. Donβt have any grand kids yet but do have very surportive grown up children... going onto a park run to celebrate with my niece and my son... I started this journey because of my son saying that could do it and itβs thanks to him that I am here SLOWLY running now...
