Friday and it was raining but Iβm now a runner I told myself so off I went !! If there was a halo for a π then mine should be glowing !! Canβt quite believe I just went and did that. Me who loves my couch and crochet !!
So I am now officially a crazy senior lady probably should wear purple !!! My husband started this running programme and I said Iβd walk it ! Now look at me Iβm the one going out first thing he says he will wait till itβs nicer. Mind heβs a proper πββοΈnot a π Iβll never be going with him π€£π€£π€£
Feeling good so itβs a victory π₯ and onto week 9. I feel Iβve already graduated in so many ways. I must be getting healthier surely ? I feel great when Iβve completed a jog. Now it will be just keeping this routine up that might be the challenge.
Anyone reading this whoβs just starting you can do it just believe you can. I really didnβt think I could ever jog but here I am on the verge of completing !! ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ

I wonder how fast youβd be completing weeks 1 & 2! π
When I think back to how hard it felt at the beginning I never thought I would still be running now all this time later.,with 4 runs left! Now I get that urge that I NEED to go for a run. Absolutely amazing, every single one of us π
Yay, well done!π The podium awaits. I graduated last week, 65 knocking on 66, have done 2 consolidation runs (w9r3) and plan to do that for a few weeks before looking at increasing distance/pace. It's amazing we can do this! We are all amazing. Go you!
Congratulations on completing week 8, mine tomorrow. Whoβd have thought weβd get here, just one week away and enjoying it too. It truly is amazing πππββοΈ
Very well done! Itβs such an achievement, Iβm nearly there too, itβs a great feeling! By the way, thereβs nothing wrong with the couch and crochet, I throw in a bit of knitting too just to mix it up! π
