Sooo happy with myself!! I actually found this run easier than the whole of week 4! Has anyone else felt like this??

I felt like I could’ve just kept going and going after each run.. bring on the 8 minute runs!😁

Wow, that’s encouraging. I’ll be doing that on Sunday. Always get a little anxiety creeping in just before the start of a new week. Well done, by the way!

Thank you! I think I just take things one run at a time and trust the program. I try to, anyway - but the moment I’ve finished a run, I’m thinking about the next one 😀

I was really struggling with week 4, I was ready to give up on the whole thing!! Just stick at it and everything will fall into place😊

I’m going to but I won’t lie I’m glad it’s the last one tomorrow ha

I've got W5R2 tomorrow. I found W5R1 ok but I'm just honestly not sure if Im going too slow!!!! I'm nervous about the 8 minutes in R3!!!

I don’t think you can go too slow! I’ve found by slowing it down and keeping a nice slow and steady pace it has helped my endurance massively! I don’t think the programme is about speed, it’s about building up your endurance so that you can run a longer distance. Once you’ve cracked that then work on your speed- you have to learn to crawl before you can walk!😊
