First post from me but have been lurking for a few weeks picking up hints and tips and really enjoying the motivation shared here. I’ve never been much of an exerciser (not at all actually!) and I didn’t think I’d get past week 1 when I could hardly do 60 seconds. Now am ready for week 9 run 3 on Sunday. It’s mind blowing that I can now do 30 mins non stop. Thanks to all who post on here who spur me on to keep at it. I’ll keep you posted on Sunday.
