So I found wk4 really really hard so I was dreading today, especially when I got up and realised it was pouring with rain.
But I chucked my trainers on, shoved my kids their breakfast and left the house.
I absolutely loved it, I don’t know whether it’s the rain that contributed but I didn’t feel out of breath at all and for the first time since starting I actually feel really invigorated when I finished instead of knackered.
