Done...phew, pain in the groin? How do I tell if it's a strain or tight hip flexor?..

I felt like I was limping a bit as if my hip was dropping....

Dont wont go jeopardise my last run on friday.

Give yourself a short break from running until all pain has gone, congratulations on almost completing C25K, well done, onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 9 but don't run until you feel much better.
