Oh so over the moon that I finished the run with joy in my heart ... I really loved it! I am experiencing more frequent moments where I completely lose myself and running feels effortless for a while and then I seem to come back and be more aware of where I am and what I am doing..... does this sound weird? I really love this experience and feel very grateful that I am part of this amazing group and am working my way to the beginning of the rest of my running life! So looking forward to graduation!

I've just completed my first week 9 run. I am not yet in a place where it is effortless. I am very conscious of my breathing and also how sweaty i might be when i run past people, but im so amazed thatbthis program has taken me this far.

Only moments are effortless.....I am getting to the point that I don't care how sweaty I am ..... I see it now as a positive symptom of the fact that we are running and we are amazing!

You’re so close now and that feeling will be even better with that nice little twinkly graduate badge by the side of your name. Good luck for your ‘final’ run

I know ... squeaking with excitement! Just cannot believe it - the benefits of this program are limitless. I used to be a chronic asthmatic on regular prescriptions of oral steroids who struggled to walk up the drive - not any more!
