Completed my couch 2 5k yesterday and feeling very proud of myself. I struggled to leave the house on my own so this is a big achievement for me. Although I didn’t manage 5k I am now running (slowly but doing it) 30 mins and hoping to keep it up and build it up in time. Good luck to those who are still on it and congrats on the people who have completed it 🥳💪x
