Lets just reset shall we. . .

6 weeks ago, you couldn't run

This week you ran NON STOP FOR 20 MINUTES!!!!!

Yes it's a stretch, but that's sort of the point in training. Each step is a push, and that is how you get fitter. Week 6 next :)

Hey, you got this! I'm 65 knocking on 66. Just take it slow and steady, beat those gremlins and before you know it you'll be doing w9r3! Trust the plan, trust yourself, you CAN do this! 😀

Fantastic, well done. I have just completed this run too this morning!!I felt the exact same way about the first 5mins! The last 5 mins was tough too, but we did it. Congratulations.

Well done to BasilCosmo and Beginnings getting to this point an amazing achievement.

I'm slightly older than Blossom and starting wk 9 tomorrow and completely terrified. Although I can clearly remember finishing wk 5 and being cautiously smug albeit not a pretty sight st the end of it. Have managed to jog slowly to this point, so if I can do it anyone can, the programme is amazingly helpful. Good luck for your future runs.

.... but... You did it! Well done!! 🏃🏽‍♀️👏👏👏👏

I have trepidation over the run... it’s my next one... but the plan is get to 12 minutes by hook or crook and then 8 mins left!!!! Snd we’ve done 2 x 8 mins... so I’m gonna use that tactic!

😳🏃🏽‍♀️ will let you know but I am so envious of you being on the other side of W5R3 👏

You’re doing brilliantly. You’ll get there and your running further than you could 5 weeks ago. Good job and keep it up x
