Week 5 run 3 first try!

I went out this morning doing the run I’ve dreaded most all program. Especially as I repeated week 4 x3.

I set out thinking ‘just see how far you can go’ I don’t mind repeating till I get it. When Laura said slow down you’ve ran for 20 minutes I actually cried!

I can’t believe I struggled with 90 seconds running a few weeks back! 😁

Thanks for all the tips and support

Well done.

Maybe now you will begin to believe in yourself and stop the counterproductive "dread"

Your amazing body is adapting to the demands and getting stronger with every run.

Stay slow for the next run......it catches many out.

You can do this.

Well done you bug pat on the back. I'm due to do my W5R3 on Saturday & already saying my affirmations & planning to do a 10mins meditation session to help me through it!

Congratulations, I wish people would not dread or call run 3 of week 5 dreadful or be terrified of it, the program has prepared you for it as you have now proved, well done on completing it, it wasn't all that dreadful, was it, no.

Onwards 🔛 and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran.
