That's it. Week 9 run 3 is done. And talk about finishing on a high as it was a fast one, for me at least. The prior run was awful. I was slow - really slow. I felt like my feet were dragging. I was coughing and couldn't really get my breathing under control. This time I took extra special care to make sure that the banana I ate prior to my run had time to settle and to control my coughing (it's caused by reflux) I made sure I had taken my Nexium (I'm trying to stop taking it as my weight drops).
This program was great! I have been plugging it on the book of faces and I think I have managed to get one or two others to take up the challenge. Now to claim my badge
