Woohoo done my first 30 minuter! Managed 4.5k which I’m happy with.

I was so grateful that we’d had a few spots of rain on my run this evening, as the temperature had cooled after it had been so hot during the day.

I’ve been wearing ankle supports as they can both get painful at the beginning of a run and my calves can cramp and the end. Today I decided to try without and actually I had less discomfort - although we shall see what tomorrow holds!

Well done! I did the same run today and was also happy with the slight drizzle at the beginning of my run. Unfortunately, out came the sun with just 5 minutes to go - the longest 5 minutes ever 😄

Onwards and upwards, only two to go! 👍🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
