I’m following jujus magic plan now i have graduated. I waited for the thunderstorm to pass before this evening’s run . I did enjoy the short run of 20 minutes, looking at the bright clouds lifting slowly off the hills. I have been playing around with my step length ( experimenting is too grand a word) and find that nippy little baby steps are the most comfortable for me. I don’t think it makes much difference to distance covered either. Is anyone else conscious of their step length?

It's nice having the freedom to play around isn't it? The short runs are great for experimenting a bit. I find my step length changes depending on gradient - much shorter steps for uphill! It also changes depending on whether I'm trying to run more quickly, or taking a long slow run (my step length increases when I'm running faster). Enjoy ju-ju's plan, it's a great one!
