Like many others this took me by surprise. I too thought after running for 21 mins ( yep I ran for an extra 60 secs) that run 1 of week 6 would be a breeze - how naive! Now I get why the different runs and recovery times help to build your stamina. Run 2 tomorrow if the weather is kind enough. Good luck to all my fellow Couch25K jolly joggers.

It's a definite wolf in sheep's clothing is week 6! Run 2 won't have you fooled though, you've got this! Bad weather can be surprisingly refreshing to run in - honestly - a lot kinder than hot, muggy weather! Good luck and enjoy 😀
