I finished Couch 2 5k on Friday last week! As someone who did zero exercise other than walking around my office at work before this pandemic, to being able to run 5k in 30 minutes, I'd recommend this to anyone of any fitness ability.
I want to carry on running but I have to say I struggled with the 30 minute runs.
Any tips for what to do after Couch to 5k? I'm not sure the bridge to 10k is quite for me just yet, I'd rather do something like drop to 20-25 minutes and work on pace or something!
Thanks in advance for ideas

Well done! I finished a few weeks ago and felt like I needed to continue to follow a plan as was a little lost afterwards doing 30min runs and would just decide to finish earlier. I follow the bridge to 10k plan and find following the times (not distance) works for me 😃
Congratulations-you must feel wonderful! And you should be very proud. It's a big achievement! Everywhere you will read consolidation is very important! I agree. I graduated last month. I've started doing the 20, 30, 35 runs described by rosabi in the may consolidation thread. Where you increase the long run every two weeks. I'm enjoying it. Done 10 runs so far. Used the Nike app for 20 minute today. And the longer runs i listen to podcasts.
Congratulations! I finished the programme a couple of years ago and still take a lot longer than 30 minutes. But I know my physical and mental health are a lot better than then.
