Just finished Couch to 5K did not think I would get here at the Beginning but I've done ok. It's helped reading everyone's journey on Couch to 5K and getting the support off everyone.. Will carry on with my training to do my first parkrun.😁🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Congratulations! What a great achievement, and good luck with Parkrun - just go for it! I did only my second one ever on Saturday and did several walking bits because I can't run all 5k yet, and it was fun!
