Still feeling nauseous three hours after today’s run. Went off way too quick and had to grind my way to the end. Hoping this weeks other two runs will be easier! Not giving up though…

Well done for keeping going! I read somewhere that you should start slow, and then slow down even more if you need to. That's worked for me so far. I think the further one gets into the programme, the more likely one is to think that one is better/fitter than they are - I think I fell into this trap on the second run of W7, but like you managed to drag myself to the end. We're all just at the beginning of our running adventure - plenty of time for PBs later 🤣🤣🤣. Good luck with your next run 👍😎.
