After quite a busy weekend, week 3 run 3 on Saturday morning, getting and fitting a new saddle on Mrs LeeU's bike, a 5 mile ride to test it and then a 10 mile solo ride yesterday, I got up to do week 4 run 1 this morning.
I decided to go a little slower this morning as it was warm.
Heart rate steady, breathing deep and even and before I knew it the bell was sounding for half way through. I normally run with a headband on when I'm on the treadmill as I sweat a lot but I couldn't find one, so I ran without. I did need to remove my glasses as I had sweat on the lenses and I hate that.
Run 2 is scheduled for Wednesday, I'm supposed to be going on a ride wide my son-in-law tomorrow morning so that may limit the distance we do.
Happy running everyone

3rd time around, on the last run through, which was last year, I was literally flying here, coming back, running, then off to the airport again. It meant I did get to run in some very lovely places though, especially towards the end of the year.
I'd advise against running in Orlando, even early morning, the humidity is horrendous and that was at 5:30 AM! I did have a little trot down to the dive boat in Egypt, it was hot but nowhere near as bad as Orlando.
