Cannot believe it w9r1

Seriously how did I ever make it to here! I am so pleased to be on the final week , I didn’t think I could make it past w1 & here I am.

I am only doing 3.5k which seems slow to me, but the fact I’ve made it to this after serious health issues is flipping amazing.

I decided to try & improve my lung capacity whilst in lockdown, and it has done that.

Please for anyone struggling keep going , it is sometimes more of a mental challenge than anything else.

I hope to continue running after completing my w9r3.
