Oh my giddy aunt Ive only gorn and dunnit!! This thing really worksπ. I set off fully hydrated (with Vimto π) thinking well I'll run 10 then take a sneaky break and walk a bit. Sarah won't know! but when I got to ten I just knew I could do the rest. And I did. Unbelievable. Big thank you to the folks who made this app and all the lovely folk on here for all the support and wise advice. Can I have my Oscar now please? π
Cannot believe it but I've just done week5run3... - Couch to 5K
Cannot believe it but I've just done week5run3 !!!!!!π³
No you can't have your Oscar yet, you have to run 3/30 minute runs in week 9 for them, I know that you will in around 4 weeks.
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran π
Yes I've read people saying that - what is it that catches people out?
It won't catch you out if you take runs 1 and 2 of week 6 slowly, after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 some runners are caught out thinking that because there are some walking breaks that it will be easier than run 3 of week 5 but it's not, take that run slow and steady and you'll be π.
Well done. Wouldn't it be great if we could bottle the feeling we get when we've done Week 5? π
Brilliant, well done!
Week 5 R3 is so important. Well done.
Feels great doesnβt it? Well done!! π π
Itβs such a wonderful feeling isnβt it as itβs the first longer run. It feels daunting and then you realise you can do it!!
Itβs a great feeling isnβt it! π₯³ well done!
Well done you! Week 5 run 3 for me today π³π€
Ohhh, the scary-looking one! I am so impressed. Keep going and keep rehearsing the Oscar acceptance speechπ
Haha, well done...amazing isn't it, you're actually a runner! π
Sadly no Oscar but in a few weeks the word Graduate by your name will feel just as good π
