This was pretty enjoyable and I’m definitely ready to move on to Week 5 and, surprisingly, already gearing my self up for the 20 minute final run. Today, I was able to sort of drift off in to a zen state during the first couple of runs. Yes, I really enjoyed the run.

That’s brilliant - I’m 2 runs behind you and really hope I feel the same way as you at the end of week 4! 👏👏

I’m sure you will. I struggled with the 1st run of Week 4. Chiefly due to not getting my pace right. If you check my write of that run a few guys commented giving great advice. Good luck!

Well done! Good luck with W5. I’m 2 runs behind you as well and hope I feel as ready to move into W5 😀

You will. I think W4R1 was my toughest. The change 2 runs later is amazing. You can do it!

Thanks! Once I get out there, I can talk myself into it! Beforehand, there’s that little voice that says “what on earth do you think you’re doing - you need to curl up with a good book!” 😂
