Final run of the C25K plan done. A long, hard but ultimately rewarding 9 weeks. Thank you for following my journey and a big thank you for the support along the way. I started the plan as a 48 year old man, 20 stone and very unfit, professional drinker and smoker with a stressful job and hardly any family time. I think back to the first weeks and never imagined I'd complete the plan. I finish the plan still 48 and still 20 stone. However I can run for 30 minutes, getting out of bed at 5am to run. I've already made many lifestyle changes and feel like a different person. This plan is a springboard giving the foundation to a better and happier life. Finally thank you to everyone involved with this wonderful plan. Onwards...
