After not making it just before getting poorly and not making it just after getting better I have only gone and done it 😁. Such a relief and so happy to be back on track again. I changed my route to avoid my nemesis, educated my children on what counts as an emergency should they need me I. E. Not asking for Yazoo or any kind of food or drink 🙄 and I set off with a conscious effort to go SLOW. So basically there were no excuses there to not complete it. I kept checking my pace during the run to make sure I was taking it steady and actually found I enjoyed it, wasn't blowing my lungs out for once lol being a snail is the way I think.
Thanks for all the help and advice on here it really really does help ☺️
1 run to go, although to be honest I dont really see it like that because this is just the beginning 🏃♀️

Thank you, I do like to be positive and don't like to give up, it has been of a week though lol. I'm not sure if others feel the same but it does feel like the beginning for me, lots more challenges ahead😊🏃♀️
