Completed!! Woo-hoo! Today was tough. The hardest of the week. Just didn’t have the legs, and is warm and humid out there. Didn’t quite hit 5k (think was 4.85 at 30 minute mark), but kept going and ran for 31:25 to hit 5k.

Haven’t posted much in this forum, but have lurked and read a fair bit, and it’s a really positive, supportive place, and is easy to get vicarious motivation from. So well done all.

Gonna enjoy that glass of wine tonight.
