Wk9 R3... Whoop Whoop!!!

Well after a couple of false dawns, delays due to work commitments and minor injuries I have finally done it, I have completed the C25k challenge and it feels gooooooooood! πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€ never thought at wk1 that I would actually complete this but here I am with the biggest smile on my face and the greatest sense of achievement.

Next steps for me is working on my pace and joining a running club to keep my motivation going. Believe me fellow C25k'ers if I can do this anyone can, just keep the faith and take the bad run days in the same spirit as the good run days... One step closer to achievement
