Just wanted to pop-in and say thank you to all the runners and runners-to-be for helping me reach this goal. I read your encouraging posts each day and it really made a difference. Like many I didn't think I could *ever* run for 30 mins non- stop, but this program is phenomenal. It turned me into a runner. This graduate is a running 4K in 30 min. Now on to upping my speed.
