W7 R2 - very soggy run 🌧

Well for my first run in the rain it was a really wet one. A few short weeks ago I’d have never thought I would be going out for a run (well jog 🐌) let alone going out in the pouring rain. It was also one of my best to date as well, really pleased.

Definitely one of the best things about running in the rain though is the lovely, hot steamy shower when you get back I think 😀.

Just be careful, I got caught up in a hailstorm last week and ended up with 'Joggers Nipples'!! Very sore 😂😂

😄 What makes me laugh but also amazes me is, if anyone had told any of us pre C25K that (a) we’d love running, and (b) even in the rain - it’s so refreshing, we’d probably have thought they were crazy! 🤣
