I am worried before every new time increase, and was really worried about tackling the 3 minute sections in this week’s run, but I did them and feel great. 2 more runs of this week to go, but I can even see how the 5 minute sections next week will be possible now.
I don’t say this often, but I’m really proud of my body right now ☺️

Hi, it’s an amazing thing thing isn’t it our body! I’ve been feeling the same! I done run 2 today and I managed to nearly over do it on Tuesday and was worried if I was going to manage the 3 minutes today, but I did!!!
Rightly so 😀 I felt exactly the same and have the last run of wk 4 tomorrow and have not struggled with the 5 mins which I am totally shocked by but very pleased with how I'm coming along x
