Forgot to post last night but did week 3 run 3 yesterday evening. Had 2 days rest from the last run and felt strong going into this one. Which ended up showing that I still need to learn about pacing
Ended up setting off a little fast but slowed it down towards the middle/end. Really looking forward to starting week 4 on Tuesday and getting some longer run sections.

We get carried away sometimes - I started too fast & therefore got out of breath on my run yesterday, and had to make myself calm and count in/out. Once I had that under control, the rest seemed to fall into place. We are constantly learning on this app - it’s great though.
