Firstly thanks for the reply’s, comments, likes etc on my first post - it was a HUGE motivation and inspiration to read the thoughts of you all.
I’ve just got back from W1R2 and I’m really pleased. I didn’t stop once! No breaks, no pausing the app, nothing!
I learned from the comments that maybe I was going too quick - I watched the video on Japanese slow jogging and it definitely sat in my mind as I started the run today.
I was supposed to go on Wednesday but I did a long family walk on Tuesday and thought I should rest as I’d be advised.
I never thought I’d say this but I was looking forward to the run today. W1R1 I had to stop twice but today I felt stronger.
I’m determined to carry on and finish this, and I know it’s early days but today I feel a little win in my journey.
Thanks for reading
M
