Well done for starting!
A lot of people find the first run the hardest !
I did ๐
I ached a bit the next day !
Keep hydrated and keep it slow .
I would also certainly suggest the warm up and after run excercises that you will find on the site !
Good luck with the program ๐๐

Well done.
Stretching immediately after every run, nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/h... while muscles are still warm and supple, pulls out contractions, avoiding carrying tensions into the next run and also improves recovery by improving blood flow, as recommended in the guide to the plan.
Well done! The hardest part is starting... I'm on week 8 and I still find the hardest part is getting out of the door. Good luck!!
