After finding this run a slog on monday, I wanted to repeat it again today. Much better experience today and, after drinking far more water and doing a few stretches before the run, I thankfully didn't have a sore hip this time! I know week 8 is only an extra 3 mins but still approaching it with some trepidation! Onwards and upwards though and I have trust in the programme! X

I'm half thinking of doing 26.5 minutes. But even if it's a slog, just gotta get to the end of 28 minutes. I know, it's strange how the 4th time of the same run was harder than the prior 2 times (for me the last run of week 6 was impossible).
