Well week 7 was a rollercoaster- 2 good runs, 1 tough one. Today we tackle wk 8 & 28 mins. I can see wk 9 in my sites now & only 6 runs until I can officially say I did it. But so many mini achievements along the way. The 1st 20 min one stop run being a huge mental leap for me. Now I actually believe I will do the 30 mins and then hopefully push on. ButIn getting carried away, let’s stick to 28mins today, & It’s going to be a wet one. Laura better talk a lot today - to keep me going. I’m hoping to see 4K today 🤔🥴.

Great progress. It's a fact of life that some runs are better than others. Sometimes it's obvious why a run felt tough, other times we might have no clue. But the afterglow is always good! Running in the wet is never as bad as I think it's going to be either 😄 You've definitely got this. Good luck and enjoy 😊
