So while repeating W4 due to my knee injury, I'm happily into it, done the 3min run and I'm into the next 5min run, but Jo doesn't seem to speak, I'm thinking this 5mins is going on a bit. So after what felt like about 8-10mins I decided to see what had happened and saw that the app had cut out😲. So I had to improvise for the last bit😂. I'm starting W5 whatever next week!
