After a shocking run 1 this week I’m happy to say I’ve finished week 4!! So happy - any tips for week 5?

Well Done! W5R3 might look a bit daunting but it's NOT! Just go steady, stay positive, find your rhythm (mine's a bit ploddy, tbh!) - and you'll float through it. For me it was the mental challenge so I just kept a steady pace, fractionally slower - and I was so surprised when I could actually do it the next 4 weeks just got better and better! Go steady, make it fun: you'll get there! All Best! :-)

Well done! I’m just about to do week 6 run 1 so I’ve been where you are last week so my tips are, keep going, you’ve done all the preparation and enjoy the satisfaction of completing each run!

Trust the programme. It's the psychology of it in w5. It's odd but achievable in your own time and way. Go for it 👍
