Congratulations on on starting C25K with run 1 of week 1, welcome to the forum and C25K, take all the runs slowly and keep ridgidly to the program, no running on consecutive days because that could cause a injury, drink plenty of water the to avoid dehydration, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 1 ๐๐พ.

After reading everyoneโs posts on here it also inspired me. Week 1 run 2 planned for tomorrow. I feel the same as you, it was tough but not as bad as I was expecting. Exercise has been a key part of lockdown for me so I am really happy to try something new. Thanks to all on here for the inspiration ๐
