Hi you lovely bunch,
I had a a break whilst the weather was hot and managed one run on Wednesday after work last week. I was meant to run today but have woken up with a pain in the outer edge of my right foot when I put weight on it π’ As my husband is walking from home I am running in the week and we are doing two long walks at the weekend together to keep him active. We walked 8miles yesterday and now my foot hurts. I think it is tendinitis. Any tips for making it heal quickly so I can get back on it? I really don't want to lose the progress I have made or the momentum. Especially as I am back to work so running is harder to fit in.
Any advice would be appreciated.
