Well , I've just run for 8 minutes without stopping, twice ! I'm chuffed and shh, scared to say it , but it was OK! A bit concerned that I might not manage jogging for 20 minutes, but I felt that about 5 minutes!

Well done, You will manage to run for 20 minutes. I know, it sounds scary, but if you've followed the programme and allowed for days of rest, and just go at a slow steady pace, you will do it! Do make sure you are well hydrated, drink plenty the day before. Now the weather is cold and wet I find it much harder to remember to drink plenty of water because I rarely feel thirsty.

Try not to be worried about the 20 minutes, take it slowly & find your natural rhythm, you’ll be fine! I actually really enjoyed that run & certainly the sense of achievement afterwards, hopefully you’ll find the same!
Well done 😀 I've just completed that run this morning too, I was a bit concerned I wouldn't manage it but I felt fine at the end. Yes 20 mins seems a big jump but we've followed the programme so hopefully all will be fine 👍 good luck for your next run.
