I haven’t posted during this entire journey but I just wanted to share my joy at having completed my final run of couch to 5k!!
If you’d told me I’d be able to run for 30 mins at the beginning of this process, I’d have laughed in your face but here we are!! It definitely wasn’t easy but I did it.
Thanks to whoever thought this up as it really works!!
Good luck to all still going. You can do it!!!

Now your in for a surprise as you progress onto the Graduation forum .
It’s a kinda magical moments when you start to run free out there . I’m in week 7 or 8 grad , can’t remember but I know I’m enjoying my new routine, run day and then two-days rest . I’m 69 + so climbing towards the 7🏃♀️- haha
Congrats! Well done ! I’ve got four runs left to complete.
Well done you ! Like you I never thought I would complete and was really proud when I graduated. I’m 73 and as my daughter said ‘late to running’. I’m now running on alternate days and trying to extend ...running further and slightly quicker ....
Thanks...it felt good to even read that.... I've been at the beginning quite a few times over the past 2yrs... haven't seen the finish line yet ... here's hoping!!
