Hi hope you're all well. Ive been stuck week 7 for 2 weeks now. Took few days break as knee was stuff and sore. But before that sturggled todo full 25 mins. Am going back out today after resting for 4days and worried weather need to go back 1 week to ease back in it to. I maned 2 25 mins run before knee issue. Lets see how it goes going to give it a try.

Lol that's so funny. I'm going now. I work long days inbetween so end up doing 10000 + steps so think that makes me get tired quick. Wish me luck 🤞
Everything going on in our lives can impact on our performance as a runner. Restedness, hydration and nutrition are at the top of my list of variables that need to be optimised to enable enjoyable running.
Can you speak aloud, clear, ungasping sentences as you run?.........if not, you are going too fast.
Hi Ian your right. Think because I had few shifts together then was running next day hence knee pain. But yes I don't get out of breath to the point I can't speak. I take short deep breathes during running. I really enjoyed today's run. And felt it was probably one of my best. I can now move in to wk 7 run 3 now.
