Hi just finished my 2nd run finding it hard but pleased I got through it 🙂 what exercise is best for the days in between runs ?

Well done Beeryboo4. There are strength and flex exercises on the nhs site/app for non running days and I think also yoga, Pilates are good. I sometimes do free online yoga with Adriene. Find on YouTube. She’s lovely and very supportive approach for beginners. Good luck.
