16 days ago I was contemplating dropping back down to week 2 after doing week 3, 3 times and really really struggling. I pressed on and just completed wk5r3 - still a bit in shock. The difference was I ventured outside!
All my runs to week 3 had been on treadmill but my friend suggested getting outside as she thought I was probably overheating. She was right. Can't believe the difference fresh air and a breeze / wind/ drizzle makes to keeping going. Still beetroot red but manageable now. Looking forward to week 6.

Well done you that's amazing 😊 I am a covert to, before this used to try running on the treadmill at the gym but since lockdown been outside and prefer it soooooo much. Will only ever go back to treadmill now if there is a storm lol good luck with week 6 and your determination is great, we all need a bit of that ☺️
Still beetroot red, lol, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾
Running outside is better than running on a treadmill, what some people call a dreadmill, if you take the first two runs of week 6 especially slowly you will be 🆗. 😊 🏃🏾
