Well I graduated last week and I feel great. My family cannot believe I jog but it’s great. My legs are getting skinny!! So I have run twice now with no app and setting myself new goals. Last week I ran for 33 mins 10% more. And some times I run everyday but maybe not for as long. Eg one day 30+ then next 15 mins then next 30+ not sure if this is good but trying it. Also trying to increase speed a bit. Next challenge will be to get up an hill 😳😳

Congratulations on graduating from C25K, if you wish to get a graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message on the June graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓

Try the Stepping stones podcasts with Laura, they are, pace, speed and stamina, those should help you with your pace.
