Went out nice & early this morning to give it a go.... & I bizarrely really enjoyed it!
It was a bit windy which I wasn’t expecting & my hands were cold but I think that was a good distraction for the first few mins!
I’ve listened to all the advice about going slowly which I very much do & I know I could hold a conversation as at one point I was singing along to my music (sorry neighbours!). When Sarah said there were 2mins left I sped up a little because I felt I could & when she said finish I could have kept going, I didn’t as don’t want to risk injury but it was a good feeling all the same!
I’ve seen that the next run can be quite tough going back to intervals & I think I’ll find that. All along I’ve found it hard to get going again after walking but I’ll be mentally prepared to push through.
Hope everyone else is enjoying the program & seeing progress, we can do this!

Well done to you!!...A lot is said about WK6...my advise is just to do it the best you can...get it put to bed then carry on to the next week. I'm glad you are enjoying it...It is a challenge but like you I'm enjoying and feel so much better for doing it ⭐🏃♀️⭐
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but as you say if you take it slowly then you should be OK
Fantastic job. The next run can be tough... but it’s really just about keeping that pace down, especially in the first two intervals, so pretty much what you just did.
Now you’re enjoying it you’re gonna have to warn the neighbours to expect lots of singing all the time now... if you sound like I do they may even pay for singing lessons 🤣
