Completed ok i have started recording just the run sections using Strava on my apple watch. Despite the first 30 seconds getting it to register my tap it recorded That I ran 4.46k in 27:25 which I am pretty pleased with.

I have been sticking to the running every other day as far as possible.

Week 8 started today π cant believe I'm saying I now "run" for 28 minutes without stopping! I do have to fight with myself at points to keep going but so I've not given up and stopped.
Its amazing isnβt it? When I look back and I remember week one and thinking Iβll never do this Here we are running for 28 minutes I am 4 runs from completing and you are 5!

On my first 28minute run i had to stop to allow a lorry pass at a junction. I was about 2 minutes from the end of the run. My legs were like jelly as I stopped the lorry passed and I started running again an I actually found it easier to keep moving than to stop.
So now when Iβm finding it tough My mantra is itβs easier to keep moving than to stop. π
